360Eyes Pro Login Problems — Fixes for Failed Logins and Password Resets

Fix 360eyes pro login errors step by step — 360Eyes vs 360Eyes Pro accounts, password reset, the "connect fail" message, server regions, and how to register.

If your 360Eyes Pro login keeps failing, work through these checks in order: make sure you're in the right app for your account, confirm your internet connection works, turn off any VPN, update the app, and — if the password is the problem — use the forgot-password option on the login screen to reset it by email. That sequence resolves the large majority of login failures. The rest of this guide explains each step and the less obvious causes, including server regions and the dreaded "connect fail" message.

360Eyes vs 360Eyes Pro: are they the same account?

This is the single biggest source of confusion. The iOS app is called 360Eyes and is published by Puwell (it requires iOS 13 or later). The Android app is called 360Eyes Pro and is published by DAGRO. Both apps work with the same cameras, and for most users an account created on one platform also signs in on the other.

However, some users find that an account created in one app is not recognized by the other, or that older app versions behave differently. If your credentials are definitely correct but one app rejects them:

  1. Double-check the exact email address you registered with — a typo at registration is more common than you'd think.
  2. Try logging in on the other platform's app (or a family member's phone) to confirm the account itself works.
  3. If nothing works, register a fresh account in the app you actually use, then re-add your cameras. You may need to reset the camera first if it's bound to the old account.

How to reset your 360Eyes password

There is no way to recover a forgotten password directly — you reset it instead:

  1. Open the app and go to the login screen.
  2. Tap the forgot password link (the exact label varies slightly by version).
  3. Enter the email address you registered with.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification code or reset link. Check the spam folder too — these emails frequently land there.
  5. Enter the code, set a new password, and log in.

If the reset email never arrives, the most likely explanation is that you registered with a different email address than the one you're entering. Try any other addresses you own before assuming the system is broken.

Fixing "connect fail" on the 360Eyes Pro login screen

A "connect fail" (or similar connection error) at login means the app couldn't reach the vendor's servers — it's not a password problem. In rough order of likelihood:

  1. No working internet on the phone. Open a website in your browser to confirm. Mobile data restrictions on the app can also cause this — check that the app is allowed to use cellular data.
  2. VPN or private relay active. Turn it off and try again. VPNs can route you to a region the login servers reject.
  3. Outdated app. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Server outage. If login fails on every phone in the house at the same time, the problem is on the vendor's side. There's no public status page, so waiting an hour or two and retrying is usually the only option. See also the connecting-to-server guide.

The server region problem

Like many camera platforms, the 360Eyes service appears to use regional servers. In practice this means two things:

  • Logging in while traveling or behind a VPN can be slower or fail outright.
  • Reinstalling the app and choosing a different country or region (where the app asks for one) can land your login on a different server — your account may then look empty, with no devices listed, even though nothing was deleted.

If your devices vanished after a reinstall or a phone change, log out, and make sure any region selection matches what you used when you first registered. Don't factory-reset the cameras until you've ruled this out — the devices are usually still bound to your account on the original region.

How to register on the 360Eyes app

If you're setting up for the first time, registration takes about two minutes:

  1. Install the right app: 360Eyes for iOS or 360Eyes Pro for Android.
  2. Open the app and tap the register / sign up option on the login screen.
  3. Enter your email address. The app sends a verification code to that address — see the verification code guide if it never arrives.
  4. Enter the code, choose a password, and finish.
  5. Log in and add your camera from the Devices list. Remember that 360Eyes cameras pair on 2.4 GHz WiFi only — if pairing fails, see camera won't connect to WiFi.

Use a real email address you control: it's the only recovery route if you ever forget the password.

Still locked out?

If you've tried everything above — correct app, working internet, no VPN, password reset attempted — and login still fails, the realistic options are limited because there's no self-service account portal. Registering a new account and re-pairing your cameras (after a factory reset) is the most reliable path back to a working system. It costs you cloud history tied to the old account, but recordings on the camera's TF card stay on the card.
