Account & Login

Solve 360Eyes Pro login problems, find your 360eyes verification code and default password, and learn how to share a 360Eyes camera with family.

Account problems are frustrating because they lock you out of everything else: no login means no live view, no playback, and no settings. The good news is that nearly every account issue with 360Eyes and 360Eyes Pro falls into one of three buckets — a login or password problem, confusion about verification codes and default passwords, or questions about sharing a camera with a second phone or family member. Each one has its own guide in this section.

Three things worth knowing up front

  1. The iOS and Android apps have different names. On the App Store the app is called 360Eyes (published by Puwell, requires iOS 13 or later). On Google Play it's 360Eyes Pro (published by DAGRO). They work with the same cameras, but the different names and publishers cause a lot of the account confusion covered in this section.
  2. There is no universal default password for your account. You create your account password yourself when you register. Anything printed on a sticker on the camera relates to the device, not your app login — the verification code guide explains the difference.
  3. You don't always need the official "share" feature. Logging in with the same account on a second phone is the simplest way to give a family member full access, while the in-app share option (where available) gives more limited access. The sharing guide compares both approaches.

Quick fixes before you dive in

A surprising number of "account" problems are actually app or network problems. Before working through a full guide, try this two-minute checklist:

  • Update the app. Old app versions are a common cause of login failures and "connect fail" messages.
  • Check your internet connection. The login screen needs a working internet connection to reach the vendor's servers — try opening a website in your phone's browser first.
  • Turn off any VPN. VPNs can route you to a different server region and break login or device lists.
  • Try again later. If nothing on your end changed and login suddenly fails for everyone in the household, the vendor's servers may be having a temporary outage.

If the camera itself is unreachable rather than your account, see the offline and connection guides instead — and if you've decided to start over from scratch, the reset guide walks through a full factory reset.

A note on honesty: this is an independent, unofficial guide. Exact menu labels and account behavior can vary between app versions and camera models, so where we can't verify a detail we say so rather than guess.
